In March of 2020, Covid 19 shut down 70% of AquaHealth’s business. For a company whose customers include college dining, school dining, corporate dining, hospitality, restaurants, banquet services, and more, our business ground to a halt. Our phone stopped ringing, our technicians were idle, and flavor BIBs ceased shipping. Fortunately, AquaHealth’s long standing relationship with the Air Force and Army Bases kept us going for most of 2020.
Of course, we were not alone, since most of you can tell similar stories. Thanks to some federal relief and the loyalty of the AquaHealth Team, AquaHealth made it through the toughest times. By the Spring of 2021, our customers began to slowly open back up and we have been building to meet their needs for start up services and new equipment, bottles and flavors ever since.
Now, in October of 2021, the AquaHealth team has made it through this difficult period, leaner and stronger than before. We are incredibly grateful to all of our customers who have stuck with us. AquaHealth will continue to provide the best quality fountain water products that are healthy and taste great.
